Nice C. Stacey

Allstuffnice or more known as Nice is a Pinay beauty vlogger living in California. This was her first ever photoshoot, but she was a pro at it! Despite her shy persona at first, she quickly got the hang of it. Check out all her great photos! This petite lady is a mom of two! You often see her make beauty related posts as well as family ones, which we find absolutely adorable. We loved hanging out with her because she is easy to get along with and really down to earth!

1. Tell us a little about yourself.

Hi there! Kumusta? My name is Nice Caburnay-Stacey. I am “allstuffnice” on all my social media accounts. I’m a Filipino-American food, beauty, and fashion content creator. I was born and raised in the tropical island of Cebu (one of about 7, 641 islands in the Philippines). I speak 2 languages: Filipino and English. My native tongue is Cebuano (one of about 180 Philippine dialects; depending on classification). Kadaghan sa numero uy! haha I moved in the USA when I was 25. I’m currently based in California.

I’m a Registered Nurse in the Philippines but I am a stay-at-home mother as of now. I started my YouTube and Instagram as one way to get myself out of a rut. It’s my outlet to express myself and my creativity. I’m a basic person and there is nothing extraordinary about me nor in my photos / videos. But I want to prove to myself and to others who are intimidated by the beauty community that there is room for “simple” & “ordinary” girls in this industry. I want to represent the mothers, women 30 & above, and women in general. I want to prove that beauty is ageless, it has no standards. Imperfection is beauty.

2. What got you interested in beauty and fashion?

My mother, Tita, has inspired me in so many ways. And skincare is one of them.

I got interested in makeup at a young age but I only started wearing full face makeup in my late 20s.

The first time I watched a makeup demo or tutorial was back in the early 90s I think. I was about 7 years old when I discovered this wonderful TV show in RPN 9 called “Beauty School” hosted by THE amazingly talented Ricky Reyes (aka “Mother Ricky”). He is truly the OG in makeup tutorials! My Mama’s friend (who also became my friend), Ms. Wendy Mendoza, got me interested in makeup as well. She is a respected hair and makeup artist, and the first transgender in the Philippines. She empowered and helped open doors for the LGBT community in the Philippines. She is truly an inspiration! My Mama’s equally talented makeup artist friends like Nang Norma and Ramil have inspired me as well. I just love the transformation and happiness a little makeup and outfit can bring to a person.

3. What’s a typical day like in your life?

My day starts pretty early. The first thing I do when I wake up is pray and then I fix the bed. I then do my routine hygiene and skincare. Then I fix breakfast for my family while my husband, Johnny, is getting ready for work and my sons DJ (6) and Jhao (11) are getting ready for school. After I walk my sons to school, I go home and take Baby (our pet dog) outside for a little walk and feed her. Then I answer emails and reply to messages and comments on my social media accounts. I will then create content for Instagram or Youtube. If I have time, I will edit photos/videos. After lunch is when I usually do the household chores. When my children get home, we play inside or outside and after that we do some school work. I fix dinner then we just wait for the hubby to get home. After dinner, we normally bond over play and watching our favorite TV shows or movies.

4. What is your morning beauty routine?

My morning beauty routine is pretty simple. I stick to the 3 basic steps of skincare: cleansing, toning, and moisturizing (with Sunscreen). I actually skip the toner sometimes. Since I am a stay-at-home mom, my morning beauty routine is mainly just skincare. I only wear makeup 1 to 2 times a week. Mostly on the weekends or when I film, or on special occasions.

5. What are your must have beauty supplies you take everywhere you go?

I typically bring just 1 beauty item everywhere I go. And that’s a tinted lip balm. I switch up the lip products that I bring, but the most staple and I find most convenient to carry around is the Revlon Colorburst Matte Lip Balm in the shade Sultry. I use it on my lips and cheeks. This is one of my fave lip product since 2013. Sometimes I bring a couple beauty products here and there like a brow pencil, Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream, and Lip & Cheek Tint.

6. What is your best beauty tip?

Drink a lot of water and wear sunscreen. Smile often. And most importantly, take care of yourself and prioritize your happiness. Trust me, you will radiate beauty and light more than you can imagine.

7. What are your favorite fashion brands?

I love affordable and stylish brands. I’ve been loving JustFab, ShoeDazzle, Charlotte Russe, and H&M among other brands. I usually shop (clearance racks) at Target, Kohl’s, and thrift stores too.

8. What are your go-to clothing items?

My go-to clothing items haves always been a white top and blue jeans. I usually pair them with flipflops or slip-on flat shoes. If I’m not wearing a white tee, I’ll probably wear something black, blush, mint, or mustard. I was boyish growing up. But now I also really like sundresses and oversized sweaters or cardigans. My style is casual, minimal, stylish yet comfortable, and affordable. 😘

9. What is your next project?

I plan to create better content and to collaborate more with brands and with creators who have similar interests. I want to support more brands that donate to charities. I really hope to inspire as many people as I can. Since food is my passion, I want to incorporate more food (and fashion) posts in my Instagram and Youtube. I also want to promote the Philippine culture in my content in terms of food, fashion, and beauty products & practices.

Love & Lights. Be nice always. xo Nice
